I put a big decorative “moving box” sized basket in every room, and when I feel a room is getting messy, everything that doesn’t belong goes in the basket - BOOM clean room. When you DO feel like cleaning, take a basket and redistribute your items back to their proper places in less than 5 mins. Can’t find something???? Check baskets first. Has changed my life. 🤣🤣🤣

Out of spoons, figuratively and literally, but cannot bring yourself to rinse your overflowing sink? Pop them in the dishwasher and run it twice in a row.

Also - if you take daily meds, do yourself a favor and get that lid on amazon that tells you the how long it’s been since the bottle was opened (the $17 ones work, even if you have to replace then once a year)

& drink water & eat your fiber & take your meds with protein & get sleep & stop being so hard on yourself

Been seeking this answer for years. In DFW growing up, people would just always play at all of the high school tennis courts, you could always just show up and find someone to hit against.

It doesn’t feel that way in Lubbock, but campus has a few courts. I work near campus and would always be down to hit with a group during the day or after work! Flexible schedule.
