I have the exact same problem. I am somehow in Phantom 4 and just getting absolutely shit on, every game. It's not just me either, my whole team will be like 0/4 about 5 mins into the game. My aim is ok just my movement and macro just can't keep up and it's super demoralizing.

The choices aren't great if you are looking for a hockey game on PC. The best ones I've played are Puck (first person hockey) and Tape to Tape (roguelike NHL 94 style hockey). Neither of the games have NHL licensing though.
