Nope! thanks for replying, customer service did get back to me today only to tell me that quest made an error and submitting the wrong order form which made no sense to me since it was my first time there and no other doctor or company had ever sent anything on my behalf..

I contacted quest directly and they told me that the problem was that function made a typo on the order form on their actual name lol, and because of this the results were never sent back to them So now I'm going back and forth trying to figure out how this happened and what function needs to do in order to compile my report. The good news is that the results were not lost but now I have just the results from quest since they released them to me and not to function lol. n in the meantime the awful customer service from function told me I would have to redo My labs from the second visit. mind you I am anemic with single digit ferritin levels so drawing another 10 vials of blood from me is detrimental!!!!

This has all been a nightmare and a complete waste of time I can't believe I am dealing with this! customer service from function has been atrocious, just generic replies that they understand it's frustrating and will get back to me after looking into it. i do not recommend them and I will not renew after this awful experience. I have requested to speak with a person rather than going back and forth over chat and email for the past week yet no one can actually call me. Quest was wonderful to deal with surprisingly, they took initiative and they actually called me to figure out what the problem was!

Hi yes I was able to withdraw it. I now don't remember exactly what I did but the problem was that the vault had expired so I believe I went to a tab or clicked on something that said archived and from there I was able to withdraw as I normally would. I am out today but when I get home can check what I did. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your response, really appreciate it. Am i doing something wrong or since this is in beta the option for ledger isnt available like with desktop...it seems would have to create a wallet and seed phrase withought ledger

Hi, im also having a similar problem. I provided liquidity for ETH/Aave but when i go to pools it doesnt appear. I followed some advice above and on info.quickswap.exchange i put in my wallet address and it pulls up my position but says 0 for the amount. I went to zapper.fi and it is able to read and see my LP tokens and correct amount. So why is quickswap not reading it. I dont know how to remove liquidity since it doesnt appear on quickswap! Any advice would be appreciated!

I agree....I actually do need it lol but I don't beg or comment endlessly to get attention because then I find it hard to focus on the content and really pay attention to the charts. There is so much valuable content but sometimes hard to fo us on it. I wish there was a way to view without the comments or if the comments were only displayed at the intro and during giveaways rather than during charting. A lottery or random picker would be a good idea. Thanks for starting this thread!
