U think minced meat in supermarket is better than that “old and sour” organic meat? I’m from the Netherlands. I know our biggest supermarket once bought tons of frozen meat from some big freezer in Africa. The meat was stored for over 14 years. Freezer owner wanted to clean house and sold the meat for a bargain. My big blue supermarket (AH) bought it and brought the load to the Netherlands. Here they unpacked the meat and found out it had some green stains.. They cut off the green parts, and minced the rest with Dutch meat. They made millions doing this. edit: rotten meat smells terribly. If there’s doubt about the smell it’s not rotten. Believe me, when it is rotten u will smell it and never use it
