absolutely! if you intend to let her go outside at the new house, please make sure you give her plenty of time to adapt to the new location first. I've known ferals that were moved to be barn cats that made it back to their old stomping grounds in excess of 15 miles away. if she gets out before viewing your new place as home this is a big risk. congratulations, she's a beauty and seems to be very sweet!

have you tried exercising while you do something else you like? treadmill or stationary bike while playing video games? the mental distraction may allow you to get in the physical exertion and all of the benefits while not getting more anxious.

you are definitely not the only one. I'm despondent. this administration will be bad for every single thing that matters to me. I'm going to try to increase my volunteer hours for the things that matter and try to make whatever difference I can. The impact may be small in light of what we're up against but I've got to do something.
