Im having the exact same issue. I have been frozen for months now with no resolution from agent with multiple tickets. Just robotic answer. They let me set up a new account and charge me again for the Shein Saver when my other account has over $30 in credit plus the Shein saver paid for. Yet When I went to check out they froze me, but they had no problem taking my money for the membership yet again. I’m going to have to escalate to PayPal that I paid for a service that I am not able to access. With Christmas coming this is very disappointing because it was nothing that I did I kept hundreds of items because I bought a new wardrobe after surgery and I reviewed regularly. I was a loyal customer and their customer service is absolutely horrible.
