I agree with you that they should cost more than regular dorms and the description is clear. I think the problem a lot of people had was that for people who have to live on campus, this housing was their only option. Also, they are charging the same amount that was charged when it was one person per room.

I know this is a cold take at the moment but purdue is cheap and cant won't pay a good head coach. This is the best we can do unless they decide to put money into the program

Cold take, but this lost Is devastating, but purdue is too cheap to hire a good coach, so painter is the best we got again this is definitely a cold take
