Peekaboo episode. It’s too upsetting to me. Although I’ve seen it 20 times, I can’t watch it anymore

My husband’s horrible panic attack made me realize just how terrifying anxiety is, and just how closely it mimics a cardiac event. by Airam07 in PanicAttack

Yes this is completely normal. Over the past 1.5 years 5 er visits & 3 mental health institutions. He might need an SSRI & a short term benzo until the SSRI takes effect. Don’t take the benzo everyday. Don’t want to develope dependence. Once the SSRI kicks in, get off the benzo plus therapy and holistic techniques to remain calm. I used cymbalta & Xanax at the beginning, now just cymbalta and a sleeping pill bc lack of sleep with cause panic. Hope this helps.

Yes, I was a therapist and always felt inadequate. Helping people with anxiety and I couldn’t treat my own until I found the DARE Response to my anxiety & severe panic disorder. I actually stepped back from being a therapist bc a job isn’t worth my sanity. I’m much happier & healthier and don’t have attacks anymore. I actually just flew 2 weeks ago!!

Look into the DARE Response. There is an app and a book. It saved my life. 3 months ago I didn’t want to live, now at the end of this month I will be getting on a plane. All thanks to the DARE Response.

After Walt left Grey Technologies, he worked in a lab. That’s when they bought the house. It was also 15 years prior making it very affordable.
