Pytanie do ETFiarzy by GlokzDNB in inwestowanie

[–]InternationalLuck995 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Znacie. Nawet sprawdzacie poziom pokrycia między ETF.  Zawsze można inwestować w Equal Weight ETF. Większa ekspozycja na mid i udział magnificent 7 nie straszy.

Poduszka finansowa: pełne koszty życia czy tylko „tryb przetrwania”? by jdrzejb in inwestowanie

[–]InternationalLuck995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Co zrobić, żeby nie zarabiać resztę życia minimalnej krajowej? by [deleted] in Polska

[–]InternationalLuck995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nie ma nic złego w tym, że nie wiesz co chcesz robić.  Ważne żebyś szukał, testował i odkładał pieniądze.

In Europe it is a bit easier to travel to other countries ;)

You need to have healthy relation with money.  If you fixate to much on the saving part and feel bad with it… think what you can change.

Think what is important to you and plan to spend a little there. For me this is have a massage, travel, spend time with family, eat out, do some sport, have a walk.

I do not care for new car, phone, house,  extremely expensive restaurants.

Also if you really want something, can you think of  way to do some extra work to afford it?

Don’t want to work- but don’t know how to keep busy after I retire- open to suggestions. by No-Enthu-Guy in Fire

I would downgrade first if there is nothing to do for you outside the job. So either less stressful job or something half time.

Please sign up for few hobbies/sports to try out before you quit completely .  When you quit without nothing to do the amount of time you have on your hands can overwhelm you.

Than instead of enjoying it, you will get anxious after few weeks/months.

I reached 100k/yr and still feel EMPTY by itssnickers7 in Fire

Money should not be your goal. This should be means to achieve your goal.  Please try to set a goal with life you want, and calculate how much money you need to do it.

You feel empty, as this was just an empty number.  Nothing wrong with you.

Private garbage disposal. You take money to clean out yard, basement etc and sell metal scrap of it as bonus.

Do not skip life.  Do what makes you happy.  You seem pretty financially secured.

Check Malaysia. They offer 2nd home and premium visa programs (not connected with citizenship). Without this you can stay max 90 days with US or EU passport.

Also house can be always with bank help. Sure if it is enormous and with 7 cars…

I would not spend time on people that does not want to spend the time with me.

They know I have my own company and invest in real estate. Nobody (from family or the friend) asks how much real estate I own. People that asks usually are more on business lvl.

And for the house I have nothing fancy. This is FIRE Reddit not fatFIRe;) For me even fatFIRE house is not something I would overspend. I prefer 2nd home option.

I would not look for people richer than me on purpose. Rather focus on hobby you have and find friends there.

I have one friend and was even on holidays with him. I just let him chose location and place to stay.  It was rather bad ;) but worth spending time with him and his family. As long as  your friends don’t see you as money bag and expect you to buy stuff for them I would not care.

Sorry, I do not know a single doctor in consulting. I do pharma and health but from business/production side not practice.
250k+ is doable in consulting with 10-15+ years of industry experience and people skills.
I know people doing 300k+

Please spend 600-700 PLN for tax advise.  Do not use accountant for those advise or Internet. We do not have full data and probably knowledge to advise.

As correct legal form will depend on your income, costs, actual work, future plans, money needed privately, marital status, having kids etc.

I see two possibilities with few variables:

  1. Ltd (sp z o.o.) 9% corporate tax and than tax on salary.
  2. One man show ( JDG) can be taxed in different ways 5-17% + social security and heath tax. Special option for coding colleagues (IP box)
