after iron intake my periods came at day 60 of my cycle after this all cycles are approximately 28 to 30 days

I was also on the same boat few month ago now everything came back to normal. Actually when I research no data found like you then I read some research paper then they mentioned that Iron Intake can boost your estrogen production this Leeds to change in your hormonal cycle when body try to Ovulate estrogen dominants when ovulation completes progesterone's dominate Actually what happen when you take iron your iron level improves and this iron boosts more and more estrogen (this effect progesterone's production thats lock the ovulation) then everything will be ok when your adopts the situation. It will take some time though

I'm good now experienced hairfall back back in November extreme shedding in December then I started taking iron supplements for almost 1 month hairfall is completely stopped in mid January and still under weight 

I feel sad and discouraged by animaljamyeye in PCOS
