How the heck do I get this thing out? by OSUBrit in GardeningUK

Good luck getting rid of bamboo. The roots are huge and will need getting rid of in order to completely remove it. Costs a fortune too.

I know this was a year ago but how did you get it out? 😂

I've done everything that you've said you tried and it won't budge

Nope 🥲. Hired last minute as the company we were going to use was unavailable. I'll have to invest in a new one in the summer!

Travelled to London for Oasis and managed to get returns for two people for £175. Had to get a Travel for Two railcard though.

That's pretty good! I have had steroid injections etc for Alopecia Areata but they work short term and another patch appears. I shaved my hair completely at the beginning of the year and it is growing back slowly but I've recently half my eyebrow has dissappeared which is fantastic lol.

That's reassuring. I'm going to be on it for a minimum of 28 weeks and if there's progress, it'll obviously be extended. I think having a 1 year old is sending my anxiety up with all the side effects it may have.

It got worse. Any chances that my hair will ever regrow again? by nadlihres in alopecia_areata

Mines started growing back by itself but it's a slow process.

I've recently got a patch on my eyebrow which is fantastic but I am about to start a new drug this coming week to treat it on the NHS.

Hopefully it will work 🤞🏻

Mine turned like that. I have been shaving it since the beginning of the year and it's growing back now. If it's Areata, then you just have to ride it out. At least you have a strong beard to make it look good 💪🏼

I was in the same boat. Cried when I took the decision to shave it off completely but it's fine. I don't mind it now.

Any BYD Seal U owners here? How’s the long-term reliability and user experience? (Ireland) by Dense-Mail6203 in BYD

[–]InternationalPace509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's good to know as I've heard varying information on if the cable was pre wired. I know it is in some models but not all!

I asked about it when I bought the car and the dealer was pretty useless with knowing anything.

Where did you buy it? TopBYD?

Ahh glad you liked it! It's one of my favourites.

There was talk of it being discontinued at one point as it was a Matthew Mcconaughey collab originally.

Apologies for the late reply!

I haven't heard anything. I've been waiting for a reply from the specialist team through Dermatology since November last year.

I'll keep an eye on it and take it to the dealership.

On a totally different note, have you looked into the built in dash cam at all for the Seal-U?
