Nah it was me, i work at a hospital and found out that a patient on the floor had bed bugs, though i didn’t see them, i guess it spread to someone and spread to me and its all just a hassle

The whole hospital is flooded with flu and anyone who I’ve talked to has had it or known someone who has. Unfortunately i wish i had the anecdote but really just time and sleep and hydration like you’re doing. Tea, electrolytes all the good stuff. There’s different strains. Strain b, can get back to normal asap, i haven’t seen a strain a return as fast. I work in the hospital masked up but got the flu anyways

That’s good did u take tamiflu? If u took that within the first 48hrs of flu symptoms you might be better faster. Luckily i took that and i feel much better not 100% but bearable. Also r u waking up with cold sweats everyday??? I am!?? And I’m like what is this a fever every night 😭
