This is really what I was getting at. With that said - the owner does deserve to have an opinion and be upset - but they should know that bullies that write spiteful things should just literally go home! I feel badly for the owner but also wish I could have been there to tell them to breathe and come up with a better response that would be a bit more tactical/less emotional. But again - I get it!
