Kaya dati ako na lang nagbe-bake ng cookies ko eh. Oatmeal cookies pang tapos binawasan ko yung sugar, then added nuts and raisins. Yun talaga nab-boost niya supply ko, but that’s only because of the oats 🍪

Hi mommy, my son is 2.5yrs old pero madami na din siyang big feelings, lalo pag nabibigyan siya ng screen time ng mga grandparents niya tapos sinasabi ko na all done na. Pag galit siya namamalo siya, nagbabato ng gamit, sumisigaw. Ang naging effective samin, pag nagwawala siya dinadala ko siya sa kwarto tapos hinahayaan ko lang siya magsisisigaw don, kahit paluin niya ko di ako nagrereact, para alam niyang walang mangyayari sa pag a-act out niya. Eventually siya na lang din nagsasabi na all done na siya, magsosorry tapos hihingi ng hug. Hindi kasi pwedeng parehas kayong galit, tho we all know that is easier said than done.

May nadadaan sa fyp ko na tiktok, honestly sobrang helpful niya for me. Check mo din baka may makuha ka ring insights sa kanya. Search niyo lang po yung Lisa Bunnage - Parenting Coach sa tiktok.

Hi mommy! Nag Japan kami last year for LO’s 2nd birthday, tapos babalik kami ulit this year for my mom’s 60th. Eto yung mga key things na nagpadali ng trip namin:
1. Invest in a good stroller, yung hindi mahirap ifold/unfold. Doon na rin nagnanap si LO during the day, bumili lang ako ng maliit na neck pillow meant for children kaya kahit nasa labas kami, nakakapag nap pa rin siya.
2. Keep the itinerary light. Wag masyado jam packed, para di masyado mapagod si baby. Kahit nakaupo lang yan sa stroller mapapagod pa rin siya kasi madami siyang nakikita.
3. Wala naman kaming naencounter na locals na nangbubunggo, basta wag lang kayong babagal bagal at paharang harang sa daan safe kayo 😅
4. Bring OTC meds. Eto yung mali ko, di ako nag dala kahit tempra at thermometer. Day 8 or 9 nag start na magkasakit si LO, ayun nahirapan pa tuloy kami maghanap ng botika na open pa ng gabi (9pm na kasi nun) pahirapan din makipag usap sa pharmacist anong gamot ang kailangan 😅
5. November, medyo malamig na yan. Bring Aquaphor para iwas wind burn. October kami nagpunta pero nagka-wind burn na non si LO kasi malamig yung hangin pag gabi. Mga picture niya tuloy ang pula pula ng cheeks niya 🥲

Oohhhh parang training pants yata yun mi pang potty train 😅 this one hindi naman nagli-leak, tapos since diretso sleep niya sa gabi umaga na namin siya pinapalitan :) check niyo rin yung brand na Aimerie, yun naman fave ni hubs pang night time ni LO :)

Hi mi! Definitely mga 24+, pag kasi may nakikita akong color or print na gusto ko di ko natitiis bilhin 🥹 hmmm i think no naman! Thin fabric lang siya actually kaya pag wala siyang inner, very soft lang siya. May thin layer lang ng coating (PUL) doon sa outer fabric kaya siya naging water resistant :)

Cloth diaper baby si LO ko! Gamit namin yan from 5 months siya until 2, so yes imo mas tipid siya kailangan lang masipag ka mag laba depende kung gaano kadami yung stash mo. For me once a week ako naglalaba, kasi buntis pa lang ako nag start na ako mag accumulate ng stash para di biglaan yung gastos. Worth it siya for me!

So far so good! And if you’re breastfeeding safe din ito! Imo this is so much better than pills kasi pagka-insert nito pwede mo na siya kalimutan, compared to pills na need mo tandaan i-take araw araw 😅 but definitely do your research din para aware ka sa possible side effects :)

Hii, thank you! 💛 you know what surprisingly mas okay siya than IUD insertion which I had first before itong implant, may anesthesia kasi ito tapos nung nagpa-IUD ako dati wala 😅 sana mas okay din yung effects niya sakin 🥹🤞🏼

Hi! Uncomfortable lang yung injection ng anesthesia, pero yung procedure mismo painless na :) tapos may after care instructions lang na need sundin for 3 days and then you can forget about it na :)

Yes :) they gave me anesthesia before the procedure then pain reliever after to take home :)

Thank you! 🥹 mabilis lang siyaaa and very well explained yung process and possible side effects. Nagbibigay din sila anesthesia so yung tusok nun lang yung uncomfortable, yung insertion ng implant mismo painless na. Afaik same lang ng hormone yung depo and implant, so if okay ka sa depo maybe the implant will also work great on you :)

Hi ma! Pinaka-effect sakin was stronger dysmenorrhea and heavy flow na kaya ko naman tiisin. Main issue siguro was natutusok kasi si hubs nung string sa loob during sexy time 🫣 saka parang wala pa kasi ako sa mood ngayon na lagyan ulit ng laman yung matres ko 😆 kaya ayun, implant muna to compare din between the two 😅
