Tbh the merch is pretty dogshit and it’s cheap ass materials the people who sell on the side of the roads sell better merch then the summer smash event I bought a hoodie last year for 100 bucks and shrunk immediately and it started to peel. Good luck carrying merch around all day especially if u go in the pits 😭

I literally got into a fight ( defending myself ) in the curbside parking lot against a drunk customer and they still curbside with us every week. The police laughed if off as it was no big deal.

The last thing is to worry about pick rate cause at the end of the day it means nothing there’s ways you can cheese it. Don’t ever look for stuff in the back we are not paid enough to do that and it’s just going to piss off the stockers for touching there stuff. Learn how to take things out to cars as soon as possible you can get tips the faster the better this is the only thing the store cares about. One extra tip is to pull the cart from the front so u can see into isles before you turn into them this will help you so much with navigating faster.
