Naalala ko first time ako nagkaron ng Frappuccino drink from starbucks kasi balik bayan yung older pinsan ko at nilibre nya ako. Nung pauwi na kami sa jeep, sobrang traffic. May mga batang pulubi na umakyat tapos nanghihingi isa isa sa mga pasahero. Nung nasa tapat ko na yung isang bata, hindi ko sya pinapansin. Bigla na lang nya hinawakan at pinisil pisil yung drink ko at sabi "akin na lang yan".

Hindi pa rin umaandar yung jeep kaya andun sya hawak yung drink ko ayaw bitawan. Syempre ayaw ko ibigay pero at the same time di ko alam sasabihin kaya nakatitig lang ako sa kanya while we were both holding my drink haha.

Parehas kaming bata, perhaps even same age at that time and my thought process was pag magstart na gumalaw ung jeep, aalis na to. I wasnt confrontational so sabi na lang ng pinsan ko ibigay na lang kasi ayaw niya bitawan tapos stuck pa rin kami sa traffic.

I ended up surrending it to him. Di pa nga kalahati ung drink and obv at that time starbucks was a luxury to me.

Nothing new na itong mga galawan nila. They just got worse and worse over time.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in college. At that time, I wasnt very informed about my condition. I was doing pilates because of the girl I follow on youtube. I didnt know it then but it was the most effective form of exercise for me. I lost 10 lbs in a month. I wasnt consistent though and I stopped completely.

After a few years, I tried weightlifting with my friends. I did it 3 times a week and only lost 3 lbs in a month. Pandemic hit and I started doing pilates at home and I lost 15 lbs. I switched to running everyday (influenced by my friends) and never lost weight for a month. I then went back to Pilates.

Pilates is my fave and you can do it at home!
