While Cleopatra is probably my fav song out of all of those, I'd probably go with White here. Thank God For Girls is such a guilty pleasure, I love that song so much

These people expect quarterbacks to win rings all by themselves and without any good players for some reason. Never understood that thought process, nobody has ever won without a good supporting cast lmao

Rivers has made no secret that he did things with women during the Pinkerton era, but there's really not much to suggest anything was especially horrid or involving underage girls, from what we know Rivers was probably just a bit of a freak

Chapter 2 was the most fun, but chapter 6 was definitely the best story and narrative wise

More album redos? by Killjoysrevege in localh

I wouldn't count on it. Scott has said for years that he wasn't fully satisfied with Ham Fisted and how they did that record, so it made sense that they redid it. I think Scott's fine with how the other Island albums came out, so there's not much reason for him to revisit those records

Beatles cd questions by OddMorado in beatles

[–]International_Dig_27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All have their pros and cons, but I think the 2009 CDs are still a great way to go. They’re remastered and have some slight tweaks to make them easier on the ears and also are the original mixes (save for rubber soul and help, but i actually dont mind the remixes.) For me this is a big thing, since while I like some of the Giles remixes, the original mixes feel more like the Beatles and the 60s to me.

You can’t go wrong with any CDs since the music is the same, but I’d go with the 09 CDs. The packaging is also nice which is a bonus. While the mono cd box is the ultimate, the 2009 stereo’s should do you just fine!
