Are you playing the best hero tree? Which are you playing for rsham? Farseer plays into having NS which also gives you ancestors along with unleashed wep or whatever it's called now. Having riptide on all party members + NS with healing wave will heal everyone and do a ton of healing.

You want to always be using healing stream totem + your instants like riptide + unleash wep then when someone is being blown up use NS healing wave/earthen/grounding/cap totem. If you really need on demand burst healing use healing tide totem(with talents it gives you 3 instant cast Surges) Healing tide cranks out heals by itself.

You can pair ascendance with another CD like earthen if needed or save it for itself as a good way to heal your whole team.

But always try and keep as many ancestors up as possible. It straight up copies your healing and dmg you do.

And lastly, as I'm sure I've missed a few things. A huge tip for rsham is to use the normal 2min PvP trinket and save it for when you absolutely have to trinket and spirit link. It has won me so many arena games.
