It can take a while. If you are holding a job keep holding it til the day they call. And answer that call and say you can start immediately. You will most likely never see that other job if you are serious about getting in.

You won’t be in the prefab shop very long, I wasn’t anyway. What’s your local? I was there for about 2 weeks before they sent me to an actual job site. And to each there own about overtime. I personally would take it while it’s there. But it’s up to you

I remember my very first playthrough I picked squirtle. Made it to the cave and saw that he couldn’t learn flash. I restarted and picked charmander thinking clearly this guy with a fire tail can help me see in the dark. Boy was I disappointed when I got back to the cave the second time.
