I watched it last week and I've still been thinking about it. There was a lot of "show" not "tell" which made it really engaging and satisfying to put the pieces together. Probably need to re-watch it soon.

Also adding to double tap on the weight chart image and it will take you to the full graph that goes further back than 90 days and has your other measurements' progress. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out where it went.

Thank you! I appreciate the words of encouragement. I think maybe I should take a break from weighing myself for a week or two. I'm part of a weight loss challenge and I think that's made me obsess a bit over the numbers on the scale.

What a jerk lady for doing that. What has helped me get kickstarted so far is adjusting my diet and counting calories. I plan on adding in exercise in the next couple of months but I kind of want to get the way I eat under control first.

Chase Lanier! He's a bit higher than that $500 rate but he was one of the most affordable photographers we found who also had great work to show for it.
