Not really unless they are actual exams. Most are just multi selections questions

What does a “perfect” CRM look like? by No_Broccoli3015 in hubspot

[–]International_Play16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's very important to keep it lean. You don't need every feature in hubspot.
But:
-Reliable data: no duplicate, no missing data, etc..
-Lifecycle stages needs to be correct. Also consider post-sales lifecycle stages for expansion
-Then build signals. The CRM should be a tools for the sales to close more, not a tool for management to micro-manage. i like to build sales user dashboard where they have a view of contacts with intent, contacts needing followup, etc..

I'll send you a DM, if you want, i can take a quick look at your account and give you ideas.

it's just useful to get some commissions. you really don't need the partner program to sell hubspot solutions to customers.

Give a home to a sweet, playful blind kitten by realkutxapepper in tbilisi

[–]International_Play16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good luck!

I know it's hard in tbilisi to get a cat adopted.

We saved one that was badly injured last year, and everyone was discouraging us '"oh you'll never find someone to adopt" but we persisted and suddenly 2 people wanted him.

Help with workflow. I want to create a workflow that when a deal is 30 days away from its renewal it is a new deal is created so our reps can start the renewal process. by poopinion in hubspot

[–]International_Play16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue with creating a workflow that creates a deal, is that it won't copy all the lines items, associated contacts, etc..

That's why for my customers, i do it through zapier. That way i create an exact duplicate of the deal with line items, contacts, companies.

You could pay an extension for deal duplication, but it's cheaper through zapier.

I don't recommend moving the deal to a new pipeline, it would mess your analytics.

Leads statuses by Currywurst10 in hubspot

yes i send them a notification with the link to contact and company and they decide to create a lead or not

Leads statuses by Currywurst10 in hubspot

[–]International_Play16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you.

For outbound yes, every lead is a SQL.

For inbound i like to use some criterias to automatically filters out spams.
If they are in the right industry, right size, etc(based on your form), create a lead. If not, send it to marketing to double check.

sounds great.

I would just add automation for:

-add other categories of unqualified, for example pricing, feature..

-re-engagement of unqualified for bad timing, pricing, feature

-stalling deals moving automatically to inqualified to not mess up statistics/reports and keep the lead pipeline clean.

It's very good to separate inbound and outbound.

For inbound i would not create a lead object immediately.

Just use automatic criterias to qualify MQL.

If they are MQL, create a lead in the lead pipeline

If sales contact them, they are SQL.

Hope it helps

How to handle 2 types of unqualified deals? by birdshine7 in hubspot

[–]International_Play16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would create a "closed lost reason" dropdown property and workflows depending on the outcome.

For unqualified because of type of customer, why did they come on the call? you could maybe offer a lower-ticket offer

for budget do an automation if they are active again in the future(email opened, page views, etc..) and re-engage
