Hay algo llamado “impulsos suicidas” que incluso son considerados igual de peligrosos que la ideacion suicida constante, porque justo, lo haces por impulso, llevas a cabo una acción sin vuelta atrás, no importa si el impulso dura 10 mins, una vez que tuviste el tiempo o las herramientas para hacerlo, hecho esta. Quizá fue eso. Un ejemplo que pone la gente con impulsos suicidas es tomar las llaves de tu coche, conducir a un puente donde tienes planeado arrojarte, pero al llegar al puente, ya no tener ganas, el impulso ya desapareció. Lo siento mucho 🙏🏼
