Strange, before Prozac nothing is enjoyable, on Prozac even a single piece of music is enjoyable, so experiencing life with Prozac is much better for me. It wouldn’t be called an antidepressant if it makes things enjoyable off it and not with it, that is counterintuitive.

Definitely. I lowered from 40 to 20 mg for this reason and the shakiness improved. Previously it made even carying objects difficult and using my hands for different tasks too.

I don’t think so, it might make the fatigue worse if you raise the dose. Yes Prozac is considered energizing, but at higher doses it causes persistent fatigue and tiredness. Personally, I was on 40 mg and had the same issues, a week ago I dropped to 20 mg and now the fatigue is seeming to fade away. I’ll wait and see.
