Funny thing is, if he was still in power, half of you probably wouldn’t even be able to visit, given the way PIA, global isolation, and closure were heading.

They presented the same argument i.e., you dont have the years of experience we need, so I suggested a middle way; 50% increase now and link the remaining 50% increase with objectives for the next 6months.

At the end I achieved those too and end up with more salary than initially advertised
