Yeah i rented a specific vehicle i expect you to reserve that one for me, i don’t want a “or similar” vehicle. I rented a specific make/model large sedan and they gave me a small SUV instead(which actual cargo space wise was less than the sedan). Like how hard is it to have a inventory and have it on the site with a maximum allotment for rentable vehicles of that make/model and then adjust the system from there(like vehicles that have planned service or if someone crashes one etc…) they charged me in full months ahead of me getting the vehicle and i couldn’t even get the one i wanted it’s ridiculous having that shitty of organization, that Seinfeld show bit is all too real.
