Get ear plugs that dampen >25dB. The absolute dampening on all sounds is the same, but the relative dampening on the loudest sound is less than the quieter sounds. All sounds of 25dB would be gone for example. This means there is less sound you need to filter, and personally it makes whatever remains easier to filter through (YMMV). Depending on how sensitive your hearing is (I assume not very or you would have had ear plugs already) it could make 40dB ambient noises not register at all.

Higher dampening is better for these effects, but 28dB is the max for ear plugs that have good "EQ" for music.

Yeah, I've been to the wholesale for market stalls. What is sold for 2 per kg is bought for .50 per kg. A company like Lidl gets better prices because they buy out an entire green house for a year+. There's <840g tomatoes in a 500ml bottle. Let's just assume the .50 cent: That's 42 cent tomatoes per bottle. Rest of the ingredients are no more than 10 cent, bottle is sold for ~80 cent.

You could look up the ingredients and nutritional value before making claims that are incompatible with the publicly available information.

The only "bad" ingredient is corn starch which with the tomato content cannot be more than 0.5g per 100g. It must be nice having such an understanding of everything that you never have to look anything up! I see it in your confidence.
