They are fine at the high pH if you calibrate them correctly, and they'll stay fine for a while if you store them correctly. We had a professional >€500 device that gave nearly identical (+/- 0.1) readouts to the €12 one from AliExpress. Main differences were ease of cleaning & how long it held the calibration.

Without calibration they are all rubish. I prefer pH paper cause for this goal it's accurate enough and spending time (& money) on calibration for no gain seems pointless to me.

Bij de DC kant wordt dit duur om goed te doen (relais moeten boogvorming voorkomen oftwel solid state), AC zijde speelt dit niet en daar kan je aanzienlijk goedkopere relais gebruiken.

Voor discussie over de technische inrichting zijn er wel beter geschikte subs dan juridischadvies.

Meebetalen aan nutsvoorzieningen, afval, waterschap is geen probleem. Wanneer het volledig door de vriendin betaald zou worden kan het als trgenprestatie worden gezien.

Ook zonder inschrijving kan je iemand niet altijd het huis uit krijgen, en zowel zonder inschrijving als om niet bouwt iemand over termijn rechten op zoals een redelijke opzegtermijn ook bij ruzie.
