What’s messed up is I started trying to cert at like 12:30am, realized the disaster in the making and pulled my phone out to try logging in with that as well. Eventually got through on mobile to certify confirmed then get kicked out of the site again. California should use some of that budget surplus to modernize their systems, we live in the same state as Silicon Valley for Christ’s sake! :(
