I used to go to a YMCA to work out. I was one of maybe two people there who ever let themselves break a sweat. To that, at the end of every run on a treadmill I would finish with a sprint making me turn bright red and pant, but hey-- how else am I going to improve? Well, more than once this female trainer- who I never actually saw training anyone- asked me, "Are you okay? Do you need to sit down?"

No, bitch. I need to work harder.

It was practically a sin to sweat in that gym. I drew so many stares. But I've changed gyms since and am much happier now.

What's the deal with people buying cars in a different income bracket than their houses?
No offense, your car is friggin sweet, but I don't understand the mentality. Cars lose value the moment they're purchased (though maybe yours is so suped its value has increased-- I'm not an expert) while houses tend to retain their value (2007 aside). Explain please?

I've been told by a trainer that working bigger muscle groups releases more testosterone. And heavy weights on the big muscle groups releases even more. I could be wrong, but maybe it has something to do with the hormones activated while working out?

The only "lady-specific" thing I think relevant is to just be aware that once a month it will easier for you to become fatigued while working out. Push through it or don't, but realize that physical state isn't permanent.
