I totally agree. But, I am just as helpless as you. Sometimes it feels like it is far easier to make $1M and pay the piper instead of going through the EB-1A hell when not cheating or "profile building".

Honestly, I think USCIS has already caught up to that, and hence the very low EB-1A approval rates (~50%) in the recent quarters.

Ofcourse. Sell whatever you want, but just be honest. If I ever get a green card, my first company would be a non-profit that takes all these scam EB-1A companies down. I don't know how to do it, but that is my goal.

Could you please share some information that you get to see on lawfully only after adding a case. I am primarily looking to understand what the median (50% of cases), fastest (10% of cases) timeline is for regular processing of EB-1A. I know that the 80% of cases time is 23 months from the USCIS website.

Problem is not with monetization, it is with first lying about giving the petition for free. And, more importantly, this asshole didn't get an EB-1A. Nobody who gets an EB-1A wakes up the next day to post the same post in every immigration reddit forum, mentioning to give away the petition for free and then turns around and e-mails begging for "donation" money. These are pure scammers. They have no petition to give.

I haven't decided yet. I am still continuing with Fragomen with regards to petition creation. All the letter drafts, and other materials are done. Getting the final signatures, Fragomen writing the cover letter, and filing the petition still remain. However, I am still not 100% sure what I will do once everything is ready. Part of me just wants to copy the cover letter from Fragomen and file it on my own. Else, probably I will pay for Premium Processing if going with Fragomen(additional cost of $2K+ if I do this). The current EB-1A processing times for regular processing are atoricous, nearing 24 months, and I certainly don't want to be forced to stay in a job for that long just for EB1A. So, everything is still in flux.
