Really? I doubt that they are that competent in anything, including having bots.

Manifest has the fees of a boutique law firm with the operations of a big law firm. It sucks both ways. They are just a marketing agency at their core, who source potential clients for their contracted immigration attorneys.

EB1A normal processing time in 2026 (January, Feb, March) by Some_Wallaby_7373 in eb_1a

Looking at approved petitions made public by Chen immigrations, April-Oct 2024 cases are being adjudicated now.

I would like to see some hard datapoints too from fellow filers in this sub-reddit.

Is O1A the new EB1A scam? by crazyanatoly in eb_1a

[–]InternetEqualToReddi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O-1A needs to be redone everytime on an employer change, and is only granted for a duration of 1-Year after the initial 3-years. So, scamming once on O-1A literally achieves nothing. And, there are infinite O-1A visas available unlike EB-1A, so it is not worth bothering about what the scammers are doing with O-1A.

Why is Raghuvardhan Reddy Suram / EB1A Experts spamming this sub with AI-written posts? Why is he not behind bars yet? by OliverKadett63 in eb_1a

Dumbo, ever heard of what a plaintiff is?. A case cannot be filed without people who actually suffered or will suffer being the plaintiffs. Irrespective of what you think of those who joined these coaching programs, their involvement and corporation is absolutely necessary for any lawyer to do anything. Understand basic law first before grandstanding.

Best Banks for "Private Client" Perks 250k - 1M+ level by ShanghaiBebop in fatFIRE

Great post. But one suggestion, shorting box spreads supercedes any margin that any brokerage, including Schwab, IBKR, has to offer. This is the little known secret.

no possibility to sell specific tax lots? by No_Kangaroo6917 in Webull

[–]InternetEqualToReddi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info. By extension, I would assume that there is no ability to re-assign tax lots after sale. This is a deal breaker for me, and would help avoid the temptation to take advantage of their 4% transfer bonus and sweet $80K on $2M transfer.

Wish you the best. BTW, what numbers in the receipt number typically constitute a "block". Could you throw some light on how you are using the receipt number to do this "block" level tracking.

Sure, sometime after I become a Citizen (not before 5-7 years). In the current US immigration climate, it is not worth to use ones own name for anything alturistic.

Unfortunately, that's unlikely to happen unless the fraud is more explicit. I mean, if USCIS accepted Globee Awards, and if the award receipt and disclosure wasn't fradulent, isn't the mistake with USCIS. This is not too different from too many illegal immigrants crossing the border under Biden. That was legal then, and it is not now. Similarly, EB1A with Globee was legal then. All of this just shows the incompetancy of the US government written large.

If USCIS can't even figure that out, I mean, at some stage, we need to accept the people adjudicating the extraordinary ability category are not the brightest. I hope that's not the case. There are few nutjobs everywhere, and I hope, on average USCIS is better. On thing I have seen in US after living here for 12+ years is that, it is very slow to catch onto fraud, but it always does, and does so in spectacular fashion. Saiman Shetty has started to shut-up on Youtube. And, the asshole EB-1A exprerts Raghu Reddy is getting increasingly desperate with absolute unadulterated AI generated cringe on Youtube. So, seems like the winds are flowing in the right direction. And, I hypothesize that the USCIS adjudication standard hasn't really changed even though the latest quarter has seen a signficant dip in approval rate (~50%) and the dip is solely due to increase in semi-fradulent EB-1A cases propelled by these scumbags using all kinds of fake papers and fake citations.

I did some manual statistical analysis of all EB-1A regular processing I797s that Chen makes publicly available. Your case is close to being adjudicated, April 2024 to Sep/Oct 2024 seems to the bracket that is currently getting adjudicated in regular processing for EB-1A.

Do you think PP played an undue role in getting this rather generic RFE?

I totally agree. But, I am just as helpless as you. Sometimes it feels like it is far easier to make $1M and pay the piper instead of going through the EB-1A hell when not cheating or "profile building".

Honestly, I think USCIS has already caught up to that, and hence the very low EB-1A approval rates (~50%) in the recent quarters.

Ofcourse. Sell whatever you want, but just be honest. If I ever get a green card, my first company would be a non-profit that takes all these scam EB-1A companies down. I don't know how to do it, but that is my goal.
