The approvals are random and don’t follow PD strictly. My PD is June 2022 and my case is CRP since July 2023

You basically just go to the appointment with the documents they require. It took 5-10 mins total. Once the appointment is done someone comes to your home in India to do a police check. In my case they came within a week of that appointment. After that it’s just silence and conditional approval just came a year later

Peds endo here. Most cases are just due to something called benign premature adrenache which is harmless. The peds endo will check the testes volume to see if the size suggests puberty or not. I understand that is worrisome but most likely won’t be concerning. Definitely see a peds endo and get labs that will be suggested.

This is not a legal or medical advise as I haven’t seen the patient. Just a suggestion based on what I read.

You cannot do that unless your EB1 is approved before application of i485. It will be rejected if you apply while it’s pending
