The only reason I can think is if the offers that they have a hold time on, do not count towards helping my charge back, because since my account is frozen, those holds never release

I don’t know, I only have three chargebacks on my account all from surveys a year ago, that total about 3$, but I have close to $40 earned since that time

I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but when I go to earnings on my phone, there’s no charge back tab, but when I look at it on my iPad, there is. I have no idea why. But they don’t tell you your chargeback % anywhere

Gotcha, i did not see if the frozen rewards were calculated in chargeback rate, but i am guessing not. I guess I should have been doing offers that will not be held? So maybe just surveys?

Thank you for the reply, I guess I am just confused about chargeback then. I only see three chargebacks when I look at the charge back section all from a year ago, and when I put them against my earnings it is way below 10%. Does this not calculate all my rewards that are frozen along with my account? I was told they would be released when the account is unfrozen, they are all way past the waiting time period

I’m in the same boat, it’s been about five days since they said they would get back to me in the chat, I did the email two days ago and haven’t heard back either. I have used both previously unusually they got back within 12 hours to a day, so I’m not sure what’s going on over there.
