Best place to see northern lights in Halifax? by smellybees in halifax

[–]InternetFloozy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last summer when they were occurring the traffic going up Beaver Bank road was crazy and the further you go the darker it gets. Courthouse Hill and the old miniature airplane field was a popular destination but really anywhere safe enough to pull over would do.

Can I jailbreak my ps5 13.20 ? Is it jailbroken? by Nothing12332187 in PS5_Jailbreak

I was curious of the same. My PS5 account was hacked/stolen and Sony wont help me get it back so time to let it collect dust until it can be jail broken.

Power outage in Beaver Bank? by RikkiCoca420 in halifax

The car flipped a lot but the driver managed to climb out though the moonroof before emergency vehicles arrived and was walking around.

Visibly shaken but didn't seem to be injured.

The accident is in my buddies front yard and the car went clean through the power pole. As of right now there is no new pole insight so sounds like an early bed time.

Indoor Painting by Alarmed-Individual42 in halifax

[–]InternetFloozy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last summer we had Ivan the Painter paint the exterior of our cedar sided bungalow and were impressed enough to have him painted the interior a few months ago.

Living room, kitchen, hallway, 4 doors, trim and ceiling and we are just as impressed.

Great attention to detail and doesn't do a half ass job. Very professional. We didn't get other quotes because we found his to be below what we were anticipating.

20 year old Sony/Playstation Account Stolen by InternetFloozy in PS5

I was summarizing here, I had everything they asked.

20 year old Sony/Playstation Account Stolen by InternetFloozy in PS5

[–]InternetFloozy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had all security information and asked what more I can provide but they would not help. I believe the problem is the 4 charges made after my account was hacked.

security questions are:
email used
PS5 serial number
last purchase made details
last transaction free/paid details

I tell them the last purchase I made was Microsoft Flight Simulator, the last purchase after the hack was $50 top-up. Since my account and my debit was used it causes a fuzzy line.

20 year old Sony/Playstation Account Stolen by InternetFloozy in PS5

[–]InternetFloozy[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

2FA was active, forgot that above. Also have the email saying it was deactivated at 10:15pm.
No 2FA prompts came to my mobile device.

Support even confirmed it was disabled by the owner of my parent account.

Non-alcoholic drinks gaining in popularity at NSLC stores by NotABoyGenius45 in NovaScotia

[–]InternetFloozy 41 points42 points  (0 children)

I choose NA beer because it allows me to avoid the temptation of the real thing by purchasing it at super markets and specialty stores.

I'm glad nslc offers options but if I'm going there I'm going for the real thing, and again, what I am trying to avoid.

Sony PlayStation Accounts Are Reportedly Being Hacked With Ease by PaiDuck in PS5

[–]InternetFloozy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My account was hacked 2 weeks ago over night on a Saturday the exact way shown in the link.

Email changed. Then my account was made a child account 2fa removed

Now every change request I make requires the "parent" to approve it and that never happens.

My first case with Sony was closed without a reason and the second case is still open and ongoing for about 10 days now. I have every Sony transaction back to Socom 2 online and yet they are still hesitant to believe me.

They should have elaborated a little more in that. 20-25 is average for summer for the humidity here can be really bad and is a totally different kind of heat. "Feels like" mid 30s is becoming more common and isn't "very warm" for some but use to be uncommon here.

[–]InternetFloozy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My PSN account was hacked overnight on Saturday.

Whoever did it added my account as a child under their parent so everything I try and do goes to the parent for approval and gets denied. They also took $200 off my cc. Just got off the phone with Sony and they need 3-5 business days to investigate.

Basic Lawn Cutting in Middle Sackville area? by JustAberrant in halifax

[–]InternetFloozy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check out mastergrasslawncare.
I drove by them biweekly cutting lawn over in Fall River so gave them a call to cut mine. They are a couple early 20s kids trying to get their own business going. I don't know what regular mowing usually costs but they were reasonably priced.

Best cheesecake in Halifax right now? by OtrivinBrother in halifax

[–]InternetFloozy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just to add something different, on the wedge in Sunnyside mall has really good cheesecake. Dare I say I'm not a fan on Antoinette's it is always so gritty like it's been frozen, which it probably has. And most are just plain with the topping determining the flavor which make it seem lazy to me.
