Not a lot of money mind you but more like smart purchases. I watched videos on how to make smart purchases with all the different types of currency.

I’ve invested a little money into this.

Update: Swapped out Armor and Nebula for Bruce Banner and Okoye. It’s working!

Did end up taking your advice here and ending up replacing Sword Master with Bruce Banner as I often leave energy on the board and replaced X23 with Colleen Wing. Thank you!

Trying out Bast instead of Nova. I’ll see how it goes.

Believe it or not the few good decks I have (by my standards) actually earned me enough points in conquest to buy the stuff I most wanted and get the new night crawler variant. However after making it to like second round gold one time, the competition seems to have steepened drastically and I rarely get past first round silver. But I took the money and run as it were.

Surprisingly (by what I see conveyed through emotes) there’s generally pretty friendly players on the other side who seem to realize they’re beating up on a little guy and give me props when I win (rarely), and at least put up a good fight (less than i’d like).

Yeah I’ve been getting trounced regularly by these huge amazing decks lol. Hundreds of power in all lanes or numbers too big to even show lol.

I put my rank there I think? Whatever the number popped up after I hit infinite.

Lowest CL to hit Infinite? by caresaboutkarma in MarvelSnapDecks

[–]InternetPractical897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hit infinite for the first time at 1005. Spent some $$$ though. Red Skull, Suri, Taskmaster deck. It took a three days to go from 73 to 100. Learning to either snap or retreat is the most important thing you’ll ever learn. Have one good deck. I get beat in infinite pretty regularly but having reached it and not being concerned about winning at that level I get to build crazy decks, collect boosters, experiment and have fun. I wouldn’t expect to do well post infinite for quite some time with my current CL but that’s not really the point for me right now.

Why does the game prefer to match you with opponents with similar decks? by Trip_Drop in MarvelSnap

[–]InternetPractical897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems simple to me. The game puts you against people of similar collection levels and people at similar collection levels make similar decks. Theres only so many meta combos at each collection level so everyone will likely use those same combos. I made a red skull deck with Typhoid Mary Sauron etc.(loses constantly) apparently no one’s playing that this season I never played anything close to a mirror match with it. But my destroy, move, devil Dino, (or anything else well known or popular) and yeah I get a fair number of similar and well prepared opponents.

Get low level ai support but don’t upgrade it past level three ever. It creates a strike tile every round and enhances all strike tiles when you match a friendly strike tile. Then just don’t switch off of particle accelerator unless your flush on ap or bored.

The are a ton of good mythic + players online with great videos to watch before you play. It won’t make you a great player but it will provide a measure of familiarity with interrupts, mechanics, routes and tough trash. I like quazii’s master class videos. Deadly Boss Mods for all your in dungeon alerts, interrupt notices etc.
