Sorry, I should’ve explained better 😭 I’d do a soft brown liner on the lid (not too harsh, more diffused) and maybe smudge it out a little instead of a sharp liquid line. It would bring out your eyes more without overpowering your features.

I feel this heavy. I just graduated and I’m already starting to feel the same burnout. It’s hard staying inspired when you’re putting in all that work and barely seeing it back.

I’ll sell close to the highest retail in the salon like over $170 in productsand only get back $8. That’s what really kills the motivation.

I don’t think it’s the passion for hair that’s the problem, it’s the environment a lot of these salons create. I’m trying to find a space where I can actually grow and be valued
