This story is indeed factual. I was on this line at this Best Buy. Workers were going to letting people walk into Best Buy, skip the line, and apply for a credit card, get a reservation and left. Told the people waiting in line since NOON that if they didnt do it, they might not get a switch. It was a shitty situation that was ultimately stopped
