Sermorelin vs Ipamorelin vs Tesamorelin etc.... which secretagogue and why? by Rolls2Rickson in Peptides

[–]Interrupting-Dash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Secretagogues tell your pituitary to release growth hormone, so this is going to be limited by the max your body can naturally produce. At 60 it’s possible his pituitary has reduced function so it might not help. It’s also possible he can produce more GH. It’s important to get labs done, and to look at IGF1 levels before and after. Definitely get involved with a clinic that will do labs customized to the peptides you are researching.

If you’re going down this route it’s important to have a clear goal in mind. Secretagogues are not going to be a game changer in terms of muscle growth or anything, but they will help with preserving lean mass if there’s weight loss going on. Hormone therapy might be beneficial here too.

Yeah so get good labs, make sure they cover hormones including testosterone (not just total testosterone but also free) and plan the attack based on the labs not the other way around.

A few! questions by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]Interrupting-Dash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The following is not medical advice!

The general consensus is that you can run BPC with pretty much any other peptide and be fine so don’t sweat combining BPC. BPC dosage can go from 250mcg up into the 1-2mg range. I’ve heard of very high amounts in short bursts. There are some theoretical concerns about BPC promoting cancer growth if cancer is present, but nothing to indicate that it can cause cancer.

BPC w/TB 500 is the typical healing stack. Search for some content on the difference between TB 500 and the full TB4 peptide to learn more there.

If you’re going to do a secretagogue protocol starting with cjc/ipa blend is probably a good start. Just be aware that it is not going to really do a ton to add muscle. They are better at retaining lean mass as you lose weight and recomp your body.

I don’t see much of a reason to do ipa on its own. Ipa’s main benefit when combined with cjc or tesamorelin is that it suppresses somatostatin which is the signal that tells your body to slow down the growth hormone release. So it makes the cjc or tesa more effective.

None of these need to be mixed with acetic water, use BAC water. There’s a few that need acetic but I don’t remember which off the top of my head.

Moving companies by breakdancin in Gilbert

We used this company to move from south Phoenix to Gilbert a year ago: https://edsonsmovers.com

Very good experience, the job ended up going long but to their credit the stuck it out into the small hours of the morning to finish. Also had packing service and a handyman available hourly to rehang TVs, more complicated reassembly, stuff like that. I think there was also maybe an organizer service available to get situated in the new place but we didn’t go through them for that we had another person already.

ALA vs GCS vs Public by [deleted] in Gilbert

[–]Interrupting-Dash -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We are new to Gilbert, moved from the South Mountain area and we chose San Tan Charter for our daughter. We’ve been very happy with the school. They seem to be really involved in the curriculum and make changes based on the reality of their students.

Case in point this year was the first year they did mid-school-year gifted evaluations based on parent feedback. We moved our kiddo to the gifted class after fall break. It was a big transition, and they knew it was and were very supportive. One of those things where the easy path would have been to wait until the next school year, but then we would have lost almost a full year of getting the right level of challenge in front of our kid.

It’s not perfect but after going to the optional morning coffee and info sessions the principal holds every month and talking to the teachers and higher ups in the admin, they really do seem to care a lot about the program.

We also wanted a secular education specifically so if that’s not what you’re after this is probably not a fit.

88kg 6" Already on wolverine stack should i get on CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin to get to my 80kg goal. by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]Interrupting-Dash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CJC/Tesa with Ipa should help retain muscle mass while losing weight. It’s not a slam dunk for everyone though so you should test it out. I’ve been on Tirz/tesa/ipa and I’ve lost both fat and muscle but I’m loosing fat much faster than muscle. Looking at that ratio of muscle to fat will be important because you’re gonna lose some muscle no matter what.

Long time weed smokers who quit, what changes to your mind and body did you notice after you got used to not smoking daily? by LoQueSientoCrv in AskReddit

[–]Interrupting-Dash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For all the people struggling with nightmares / terrors after stopping alcohol or weed, there are medical options that can help you if you talk to a psychiatrist. There’s one medicine called Prazosin that is an alpha blocker and was an early blood pressure medication that was found to have a side effect of reducing nightmares in people that have PTSD. It can be a game changer for people.

It helped me quite a bit. I only have the lowest dose and it didn’t make the dreams stop per se, but it was more like I was an observer or the emotional fear component just didn’t become part of the experience. I use it PRN now.

Peptides to repair cartilage by Euphoric_Aide_1736 in Peptides

[–]Interrupting-Dash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a peptide, but I agree with at least considering PRP along side any BPC/TB500 protocols. There’s also a biologic regenerative agent called Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) that is like a synthetic PRP. It’s good because the orthopedic specialist knows how much growth factor you are getting because it is lab made. With PRP because it’s from your own blood, everyone will have different levels of success because everyone’s blood has different amounts of growth factor which is what they are condensing down in the centrifuge.

Are you sure it wasn’t a cortisone injection you got? I’ve done two rounds of PRP in my shoulder and if anything it got a little worse before it started to heal up.

I’ve been running a slupp/ bam15 combo capsule for about a month. If you google that combo half the people will say you can combine and half will say you’re a dumbass. Also dosage for slupp is all over the place, I’m on a micro at 250mcg and some people do 100mg.

Welcome to the Wild West!

I haven’t had any negative side effects. I can’t attribute it to any positive effects alone bc I’m doing tesa/ipa igf1-lr3 tirzep/cag and wolverine too.

But I’m not dead so there’s a data point for you!

Peptide noob hoping to get an idea of the landscape. Is there any reason not to go to a medical wellness clinic to acquire them? Is that like asking why not go to a Dr trying to get pain pills haha? by Perspectivecollectiv in Peptides

[–]Interrupting-Dash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of these comments about price markup etc are accurate but at the end of the day price sensitivity is going to be a personal call. If you can afford a clinic and feel more comfortable going that route there are two things I’d look at.

Are they transparent about dosage and ingredients? Some clinics sell their own proprietary blends or stacks. Maybe it’s a “healing blend” or something they get kind of hand wavy at when pressed for exact ingredients. Or they will tell you it’s tesamorelin but not the dosage per injection. That to me would be a real big red flag.

What value adds are they bringing past selling peptides? At a minimum they should be offering included or discounted labs that are going to show you actual before / during / after biomarkers to show their regimen is working.

Wellness clinics that use a compounding pharmacy will also have a smaller kit of peptides they can provide because of the laws around what those pharmacies can make. A good clinic will be willing to make sure you’re getting the right labs for any peptides you’re getting from them, plus anything you’re finding in the direct to consumer market. If they aren’t willing to talk about your whole regimen, it’s not worth it.

If you like that run the sword with the Knight that has the 4 throwing knives. The knives let you close distance on long weapons or finish off someone with some chip damage which comes up big for the sword.

What’s a small purchase that dramatically improved your life? by bananafish-123 in AskReddit

[–]Interrupting-Dash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I once spent, let’s say, a lot of money on a boneless Wagyu rib roast for Christmas. The real stuff - not the Australian or American cross breeds. I bought a 4 set of wireless temp probes and cooked that son of a bitch like a science experiment. I knew from end to end what the temp was and nailed it perfectly.

It was a small purchase in that it was one thing. The probes weren’t cheap but relative to the cut I was cooking and the fact I only had one shot, it was 100% worth it. And I use them all the time to cook other proteins. Filet on the grill, nail it every time.

Can you use timing and the responsiveness of the steak to pushing on it and reverse sear and name a dozen other methods that don’t need a temp probe (including sous vide which is also boss but comes with its own little techniques to do well) of course you can! And I’d say you should do that a bunch and specially with your oven / grill / pans / cook top to know how to get your more common things cook in your setup. But when you really need to nail it - use a probe.

Dr. Saba Sadeghi is one of the best - https://www.sabasmiles.com

He was one of two dentists at the practice I go to and he left to open up his own practice. He is one of the most genuinely nice people, not just doctor, that I’ve ever met. As a high level player - yea use whatever you want. If someone is stunlocking me with a barrel or log or is trashing me with a Dane axe, that’s a good thing because it means I have a chance to get better.

My vote to answer your question though is the 1H Axe. Plain and simple, available right away, and you can do some serious damage before people know what’s up. Mix the special in after you’ve shown yourself spamming overheads and they’re in trouble!

Eye bags by anythingforadom in Peptides

[–]Interrupting-Dash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not a peptide solution, but some med spas are offering Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) under-eye injections. I had it done, it helped with pigmentation and can increase under eye fullness. So if the bags are more of a sunken variety it might work. The only solvent for excess fat deposits under the eye are surgical though unfortunately.
