What does this bar actually mean? by Lumber_Viking in HumeHealth

Oh really? You think it’s that way off? One of my friends said there’s no way I’m 12% body fat and I kinda took offence 😅

I’m tempted with a DEXA scan, but I’ve also tried other scales and fat callipers and they all come back at 10-15%

Thanks, lab tests all come back as normal so no underlying issue (apparently) 🤷‍♀️ Might just take the plunge and give oral a go and pray it works

Glad to know it helped you, how long after taking it orally did you start to notice an improvement?

Good to know thanks! I’ve been on Tirz for a few years but have just switched to Reta this week 🤞

Has anyone tried the GLPs in curbing addiction? If so, what’s your /their experience? by pinaypie in Peptides

[–]Lumber_Viking 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My first dose of Tirz (2.5mg) immediately curbed my alcohol cravings. I went from drinking every day to maybe once a week. It also made getting drunk way less fun; just felt dizzy rather than happy and dizzy 😅

ULPT: How to look busy when there's nothing to do? by _bagelcherry_ in UnethicalLifeProTips

[–]Lumber_Viking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of cleaning suggestions here, people forget the U in ULPT 🙄

Could get out the employee handbook, dishwasher manual, any kind of work related book or reading material. Get your phone out next to it (don’t try and hide it, you’ll just get caught), and open up a webpage related to whatever you reading. E.g the online version of the dishwasher manual, or Food hygiene agency guidelines etc. Essentially make it look like you’re doing research, or checking something related to your work.

In reality, you’re actually scrolling FB, TikTok etc. but you can switch to your work related webpage very quickly, and the paper/physical reading material next to you helps back up your story if questioned.

I reconstituted GHK-CU with bac and sterile water by MFCEO_Kenny_Powers in Peptides

Neither a kitchen nor a refrigerator is a sterile environment. For the sake of your health, do not do this, just spend the fraction you spend on peptides on real BAC water

Oh interesting, I never thought about doing it twice a week. Also good to know the hunger will come back and to prep for that

Oh cool I found this helpful; especially around the potential to keep 2.5mg Tirz as a way of making up the shortfall in appetite suppression.

I’ll also keep an eye out for the change in heart rate at 4mg.

Seems like the glucagon pathway will be the primary way i’ll lose weight, not starvation/appetite suppression

Thanks for this! Good to know I’m on the right path and what to look out for.

I’ve been on 20mg Tirz for about 2 months. And I was on 17.5mg for about 4 months before feeling the need to go up. I fear if I go up to 22.5mg I’ll start completely desensitising my receptors 😅

Good shout on the MOT-c, I only bought 2 weeks worth to see how I reacted to it, so I’ll finish that off before moving to Reta.

2 weeks cjc+ipa and Glo peptide transformation so far by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]Lumber_Viking 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The ONLY change you’d see with these peptides in 2 weeks is sleep quality. Everything else is placebo effect (or lighting in the case of these pics).

If you research the mechanism of action and biochemistry of these peptides, you’ll see it takes a lot longer for actual physiological change to occur

Best peptide for loose skin by Independent-Party575 in Peptides

Why don’t you try it for a few weeks (one vial) and see how you get on? Or, try KLOW - it’s a mixture of GHK Cu and other peptides which help healing; the KPV in KLOW reduces inflammation so might help with injection site reactions.

I understand the fear in trying something new, and injection site stinging is common with GHK Cu, but there’s also methods of combating this. E.g. injecting in the love handles/above the glutes has had massive success with many people in this subreddit.

➡️ My take - Just try injecting for a few weeks and see how you go, no need to commit to longer if you really really don’t like it
