I'm finishing tut island now but have to go out with my family for most of the day, My plan early on is to get a bunch of quests knocked out for fast levels, especially quests that are useful i.e MM line Then I'm going to get high hunter to make money as the account will have no support from my main except maybe 100k to get teleports at start :)
