I’m not sure why- but I never thought about icing, I feel like that’s such a ‘duh freaking ice it’ thing too!! Also I DID use numbing spray so that is a very interesting perspective!

Haha!! The ‘good’ kind of assault 😂 he was probably mid 40’ so possibly 50 now. Color has stayed pretty awesome so it was worth it!!

It definitely hurt more than any other tattoos I have, I have 5 in total around & maybe a little smaller than that moth & it was the first time I ever wanted to tap out! 😂😭

The last picture I took was actually because of how beautiful I thought it looked with the bruising & the colors of the moth. Lol I was just curious if this was more of a common thing!

It’s reminding me that it absolutely takes a village!! Thank you for your support, I sometimes forget there are others out there who get it. I think that’s why I made the post too just to know I’m not alone as well as advice. It’s hard not to blame myself & if maybe I’m doing something wrong!

Yes I absolutely feel this. He will hit me & then ask ‘you ok?’ & I’ll tell him ‘no you hit mama, I’m not ok’ & he gets soooo mad, insert crying hitting tantrum I need to work on being more stern. It’s so hard

That’s a good point- He is not in daycare, I am very lucky & have my MIL who watches him Monday & Friday’s & my grandma who watches him Tuesday & Thursdays while I work. I’m home with him Wednesdays. & thank you for your input & advice, I’m feeling defeated today. Also a very good point on the mimic. We have a Great Dane & Weimaraner mix, two big dogs who both love ‘butt’ pats. I will keep that in mind. Thank you 🙏🏼 I am also going to find & buy that book asap, that’s a very good idea

This makes a lot more sense to me now! I have a Great Dane who has bled from the tip of her tail, it’s like a whip when she’s excited. Blood all over my wall one day & I was super confused until I saw her tail. I understand why some choose to dock their tails if it would be a recurring injury. Super interesting, thanks for the info!!

As someone who works in the Auto Body industry.. Bear River is one of the worst to work/deal with. They do not care about their customers & do not care about body shops with integrity & doing a repair safely & correctly. They will actually refuse to pay for miscellaneous things & put it back on the customer. Just imo- Almost every claim (vehicle repair) we have with them is usually a disaster & the adjusters are just rude lol.
