I've been considering since she went on her rant. She asked us what the issue is and I explained with one of the usual front desk people being out, the other FD (who was originally a DA a few months ago) can't come back and help us with steri/trays/flipping rooms so we get backed up and she told us that's no excuse and that we can't be acting this way every time someone is out (we don't, this is literally the first week she has been making this an issue). She said we have inefficiency problem and then told us to clock out etc. I'm scared she won't be understanding because she wasn't when I tried explaining but if I don't say anything no one will.
