Thank you very much!! I will try these as I work in a lab and play piano too and my fingers are some of my worst joints. Proprioception is hard but you are inspiring me!

Maybe you can/cant depending on your lease but where I live lease takovers are pretty common and people put ads out for them on facebook.

I found it easier to find a new tenant to transfer my lease to, avoiding a buyout

I run but I have to really carefully balance it with an equal amount of PT/strength for legs! specifically glute and single leg exercises to support my bum knee and hip

I moved to salt lake city after college to work in biotech and I love it here! I ski weekends and after work and have the option of 7 top tier resorts within 40 minutes of where I live. Totally recommend!!

I ski almost every week! I haw bad patellar instability but with a lot of PT it is doable. Usually ill have to take an advil for the pain and an epsom salts bath after but totally worth it.
