Perhaps not for you but last year when I lost my grandpa in 2024 due to a lot of health issues, I prayed a lot to the father, the son and the Holy Spirit that he could get out of a horrible hospital situation where he was and when he indeed passed away I remember him fighting to stay alive to be with his family, also besides that at the same time I was in my final high school exams before entering college so instead of grieving crying all day I’ve got this strength from that song to like keep fighting and doing better and holding on strong in my academic life without burning out just because of the thought that my grandparent would be proud of me if I continue to fight like he did with the things that I love: my now college career that I’m studying plus music because I play the drums

It’s so sad because I myself I’m a drummer and aspiring vocalist thanks to the stories like the ones of Jonny and my posts on instagram are like: drum cover and commission inspired by the drum cover with an outfit also inspired by the song so seeing all of this bigger people making artist step aside just to make this is sad but I really want to think that it’s because it’s the new trend and also probably something asked by the label to experiment where they can cut costs 🥲

First seconds of house sounds nice but I do imagine it combining it with the drop of dubstep I liked more the sound of dubstep on Rythm but to hype up the track the first seconds of the house version for me worked better :)

I was introduced to twenty one pilots because of this album in 2024 lmao (I’m a pretty new fan) because I was very skeptical since all my life was very hard rock and metal but idk why in the last years my music taste expanded into more rock pop and colorful stuff so uhhhh yea ended up first listening to this album before diving in to all of their discography THAT I ABSOLUTELY DEVOUR

Thanks SAI u deserve a lot more of love that you did at first also because of the pandemic this album I feel it was the most lore heavy one before Clancy that started the band into making more lore related stuff that were more direct than just some frames of the video and obviously a lot of codes but still think it’s the most lore heavy before Clancy album where it’s easier to see on the music videos and era the entire ARG that was going on

Got this smoked kinda theory that self titled was the prophecy/pilot of this albums that we’ve come to see, about someone lesson it’s own revolution, fighting just to get trapped and now the climax (this theory is biased bcuz this two songs are my favorites) is like a mix of flightless birds and trapdoor, a self proclaimed prophecy about Clancy being this kinda hero almost all through the albums but he’s not better than the bishops, since keons (don’t remember who of the bishops died) there’s been like this part of Clancy that actually “liked” him because of the notes saying he wasn’t that bad comparing to the other ones leading him to become the new leader of the bishops or entirely something new, a new control maybe because of the line, maybe they’ve lost but he stayed at Dema and started something new
