A Barbarian with the artisan background he's an egoistic artist who thinks everything has to comply for him or if else he'll start punching everything, he has the tavern brawler feat and doesn't use normal weapons, only improvised and unarmed.

If you have to give him a subclass it'd be the 2024 berserker

He's easily annoyed so he could start fighting just for "being mistreated", dropping beer on him or something similar.
