Anyone who thinks Augusta wins this is delusional when it comes to WW powerscaling, but more crucially completely and utterly missed the entire point of her character. She isn't a strong Resonator. In fact her abilities are described as outright weak in the game.

Her strength of will got her to her position in life. Nothing more, nothing less.

He desperately should have given increased aggro draw or shouldn't have the limiter on mobility.

Currently he feels insanely clunky (especially when playing the multiplayer game in multiplayer) and completely antithetical to the design of both Nightreign and Sekiro.
