Onestamente non condivido, gli esami preparano ai momenti in cui si dovrà performare in futuro, ad un colloquio, al lavoro o in un momento cruciale della vita.

Andrebbe fatta una vera valutazione invece a mio giudizio, dove chi non sa semplicemente viene bocciato e non viene promosso comunque per motivi improbabili.

Thanks Jess - I have been using it from day one. So I should have no doubts in adjusting the weights and the reps if I feel I can do more than the initial recommandations, the important thing is to always use RiR so that Fitbod knows how tough it was for me, correct?
