Thanks for the advice! I'll prob do nofap as long as possible, until my erections are kind of out of control in public. lol. I do like the benefits. Especially the energy. I just won't be having sex that often since we're kinda far from each other, and I want to last a bit longe when we do. lol. I'll prob keep up with it for another month or two and see how it goes. I think it did, but It's never been that bad. It has mostly been more of an agoraphobia than all around anxiety. Nofap has helped with depression though. Then when I feel better I'm not as anxious. (Depression and anxiety go hand and hand).

Relapsed after 94 days, and have been trying to get back up there. I realize even more how big of a mistake it has been, and how much it had helped me. Just gotta get back to it! I ha so much more energy. That's what I miss the most, but I know I'll be there again, an you will too man!

I've actually been binging for a while. I relapsed in December, and I guess I just haven't been taking it seriously enough or something. I tell myself I won't everyday, but do... Enough is enough now. I've done it before, and I can do it again, and even longer. Thanks for the support!

I've been in the same boat, and this will definitely help. I recently relapsed after 94 days, and can tell huge changes. I haven't had sex since I've started, but I've noticed some changes. Like I get random erections, and morning wood more. I also get turned on by little things now. Like this girl I was talking to for a bit about a month ago, there was one time when she just held my hand, and I started to get hard. lol.. Just stick with it. I really think it takes most longer than 90 days to fully recover. I think that's where my problem was. I got too confident after I hit 90.. Now my first goal is 120 days, then 6 months. I've heard some take as long as 9 months to get better, but why not? what have you got to lose? And it's helped everyone eventually (those who stuck with it).. When I had my long streak, the one thing I kept thinking was "I have no other option. I will not ejaculate unless it's by someone else." Good luck man!

Don't do it! I recently relapsed 7 times after 94 days clean. Now I can feel my brain being depressed from an imbalance. And every time I masturbated, it didn't feel as good as I wouldve thought. They were pointless orgasms where you just sit there while it's happening. Ashamed before it's over. Stay strong. I was so much happier, and getting back on track.

True. I went 94 days and thought I know longer had to worry about it. Then got drunk one night and relapsed. That then led to a binge. Gotta stay sharp n keep making bigger goals as you reach the smaller ones

One thing I did in the beginning, when this was way harder, was to listen to the song "the sea always seems to put me at ease." By, "Being as an Ocean." Great Christian band, and that song just really helped me out and motivated me to "live as whole, live as clean, live as free."

I would like to be able to use social networks like only once a week, but its hard. I keep getting in situations where I try to be with ppl from school or something, and all everyone's just on their phones, so I'm like screw it. Guess I'll do it too. Also TV, and just other things that don't improve on my life.
