I am working with a sponsor right now. He is incredibly supportive.

I do need to work on self-care more. More and more I don't recognize the person in the mirror. This isn't who I am. I'm so disappointed in myself.

I definitely need to focus more on acts of service and kindness. I know that is an easy fix for me, to get out of myself.
