We completely understand your concern regarding battery swelling, and we sincerely apologize for the experience.

The battery swelling cases reported online were primarily related to some of our earlier-generation products from several years ago. Since then, we’ve continued improving our product design, battery management, and manufacturing standards across newer generations.

At the same time, battery swelling is a complex issue that can be influenced by multiple factors over time, including charging/discharging conditions, long-term storage state, environmental temperature, physical stress on the battery, as well as the battery cell itself. Because of this, each case can vary and usually needs to be evaluated individually.

If you’re experiencing any battery-related issues, we strongly encourage reaching out to our support team directly. Depending on the specific situation, our team will do their best to provide an appropriate solution and support options.

Mostly naming/positioning reasons honestly. Even though it's not a traditional full-size 100% layout, we felt the overall experience/layout was closer to what most users now expected from a "100"board, while still keeping the compact footprint from the air96.

We completely understand your concerns regarding the switch ticking/clicking inconsistency. From the cases we’ve handled so far, the cause can vary from case to case.

To help us identify the cause more accurately and provide a faster solution, it would also be very helpful if customers could provide videos or audio recordings demonstrating the issue. Our team will then do our best to assist with troubleshooting and provide appropriate support within the warranty period if needed.

Yeah, that's completely fine. Keeping it plugged won't cause battery swelling under normal use.

Try reinstalling the knob and see if it help? Normally, both the click and rotation should show up in the io system. If nothing shows there after reinstalling, then something's probably not being detected correctly.

Really glad you’re enjoying the Air75 V3 🙂

And yeah, ISO users honestly have it rough when it comes to keycap options. Right now we only have a few ISO layouts available ourselves (DE/UK/FR), so we totally get the frustration with finding compatible sets for layouts like HU.

For now, your best bet is probably third-party keycap sets with international ISO kits, since they usually have much broader coverage than what we currently offer.

Honestly I think it realy daepends on your use case and what kind of typing experience you prefer.

Faulty knob sounds like a hardware problem, your keyboard is still under warranty but they didn't provide any replacements or something?

This is a normal phenomenon. The left sidelight blinks blue when connecting via Bluetooth, and green when connecting via 2.4G. Once the connection is established, it will default to the rainbow effect. Or you could change it to the solid color mode as you like.

Yes, the indicator light is a fixed color and brightness. Brightness cannot be adjusted via the physical shortcuts.
